Hi, I’m Cian

I’ve trained with dancers who admit they’re really teaching liberation, a taoist master who’d sometimes bust out the most incredible physical theatre, a poet whose flow feels like prayer, a zen master who loved poetry, clown teachers who could navigate you through the underworld and back, and mystics who play rock-and-roll.
From what I can tell, the sources of art, healing and spirituality are all the one source.
I try my best to live there.

I’m an innerdance facilitator, certified hypnotherapist, multidisciplinary artist and lifelong student of what helps us become who we are. I have over twenty years experience with therapeutic dialogue processes (NonViolent Communication (NVC), Charles Berner’s self-enquiry dyads, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Bohmian dialogue and others).

This work emerged from my years facilitating innerdance, a bioenergetic surrender process rooted in the simple trust that we don’t need to engineer our own self-becoming; we simply create the right conditions to let it all unwind.
Over time, a dialogue practice grew out of those sessions, drawing on my background in hypnotherapy and therapeutic conversation, to help guide and integrate what naturally arises.
